ANTONIO HERNANDEZ

President

Antonio Hernandez Founded the National Coalition of Latino Officers with the vision and drive to improve relations between Latino Police Organizations throughout the nation by focusing on developing these organization with experience and integrity.  He is an active Municipal Police Sergeant in Bergen County, New Jersey.

EDWIN LOPEZ

Vice President

Edwin Lopez joined the National Coalition of Latino Officers bringing the Spanish American Law Enforcement Association based in Philadelphia, PA.  He endeavors to promote collaboration between police organization and promoting professional development. He is a current member of the Philadelphia Police Department.

ROBERTO REYES

Vice President

Roberto Reyes Co-founded the National Coalition of Latino Officers.  He has been involved in Latino Police Organizations for over 15 years in leadership capacity.  He brings a pragmatic approach to the organization, working with the local organization at achieving their goals.  He is an active member police Lieutenant in Union County, New Jersey.

ANA "CUQUI" RIVERA

Secretary

Ana "Cuqui" Rivera joined that National Coalition of Latino Officers since its inception.  She is one of civilian, associate members bringing a wealth of experience in social services, criminal justice reform and community service.  She provides a wealth of knowledge and liaises with various non-law enforcement organizations aiding us in bridging the gap between the community and law enforcement.

Treasurer

Mauricio Canto is a experienced certified accountant and registered municipal account.  A graduate of Montclair State University, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the organization.

RICHARD RIVERA

Director
EEO/Workplace Discrimination Investigative Unit

Richard Rivera is a founding member of the National Coalition of Latino Officers.  He has been involved in various Latino Police, Civic, social and Civil Rights Groups throughout the nation.  He is an expert in police practices and workplace discrimination. He is a former police officer in Hudson County, NJ.
