TRAINING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies for dealing with the challenges of increasing and promoting Latinos into the rank and file of law enforcement agencies, through programs aimed at developing skills necessary to get promoted.   The Coalition’s Career Development and Training Program is designed to provide members with the latest training to advance their careers. This is why we have partnered with several training partners and higher educational institutions in order to provide the highest level of educational and training available. Training courses will be made available to members at low or no costs.  In addition, training events are a great way to network with other members.
